Profile

Ann Fischer has been active in the leadership development sphere for over 30 years –– as an executive coach to corporate and nonprofit leaders, trainer for teams, designer and developer of leadership programs, and MBA teacher at top business schools. She has worked with thousands of people in their ongoing learning and change efforts. In each setting, Ann creates a collaborative, engaging experience that elevates her clients’ awareness, confidence, presence and impact in the workplace. 

 

Ann brings a wealth of experience in a cross-section of industries and in teaching Management at Duke, University of North Carolina and, for the last 25 years, The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. As a Wharton Management faculty, she has instructed on leadership, management and organizational behavior in MBA and Executive Education programs. She is an Executive Coach in Wharton’s McNulty Leadership program.
